At the Feb. 11, 2026 board meeting the Harrison Central School District Board of Education approved a package of routine business items by voice vote.
The board voted to approve minutes from the Jan. 21, 2026 regular meeting, accepted the personnel report (including certificated and non‑certificated appointments, temporary assignments and clearances), and approved administrative items such as the Harrison High School DECA field trip to Rochester and the varsity boys lacrosse spring training trip to Philadelphia. The administration also reported acceptance of a donation from the Harrison High School class of 2026 and approvals related to special education CSE chairs and minutes.
On finance and facilities, trustees approved items including a tax certiorari (Wooded Hills, LLC), authorization to increase 2025–26 budget appropriations, a contract award (RFP 25/26‑14) to supply and install a walk‑in freezer, appropriation transfers and equipment disposal. Each motion was made, seconded and approved with 'Aye' recorded by the board.
The board announced the next regularly scheduled meeting (at Lewis M. Klein Middle School) and adjourned.
The transcript records the motions and voice votes but does not include roll‑call vote tallies by name for these consent items; the record shows board members responded with vocal 'Aye' during each vote.
