After arbitration win, Charlotte County seeks FEMA negotiation on Rotunda Bridge repair costs

Elias said the engineer's current probable cost estimate for full repair is roughly $2.2 million; commissioners asked for clarity on changes since earlier estimates were lower. Commissioners unanimously approved a motion to send an update letter to the county's federal delegation thanking them for assistance so far and requesting continued engagement during negotiations.
