The Exeter Township School District board on Feb. 18 accepted the resignation of Lisonbee (Allison) Wilson after a personnel committee recommendation. Solicitor Sharon Montaigne advised the board that it is required to accept the resignation; the board thanked Wilson for seven years of service.
Under Pennsylvania School Code §404, the board opened nominations to fill the vice president vacancy and John Fiddler nominated Dr. Anne Herring. A roll‑call vote produced a unanimous result (reported as 7–0) and the board announced Dr. Herring’s term as vice president will be effective March 3, 2026.
The board also announced there will be a board member vacancy that requires appointment by March 20. The solicitor and staff asked interested candidates to submit a letter of interest and current resume to Board President Julia Schaffer by 11:59 p.m. on March 4; interviews were scheduled for the week of March 23.
