The Notice of Election (prepared in English, Spanish and Vietnamese) was moved by Mr. Mike and seconded by Mr. Wilbanks; the motion carried 5–0. Mr. Wilbanks then moved to adopt the budget parameters as presented; Ms. McMorrow seconded and that motion also passed 5–0.
Administrators said the parameters will be revisited as more data arrives and that the board will receive additional workshops and a draft budget before formal adoption later in the process.
