Staff found a series of maintenance items during inspection — comparable to another SUP earlier on the agenda — and said the applicant has addressed them; staff recommended a condition requiring any remaining parking‑lot patching be completed by Aug. 28, 2026. A neighborhood meeting on Aug. 28, 2025 recorded zero members of the public in attendance, staff said.
Commissioners asked about expiration dates and whether this renewal was being aligned with council ordinance timing; staff confirmed the SUP expiration will align with the council ordinance schedule. After questions on the site map and detention basins, the commission moved and voted to recommend approval; the roll call was recorded as unanimous 'Yes.'
The item will be forwarded to City Council for final action under the conditions recommended by staff.
