A separate item raised during the meeting was an ABC-board-chair resignation letter from George B. Titrell Jr., recommending Joseph G. Casper as chair; staff said the appointment would be added to the meeting agenda for formal approval.
Next steps: commissioners were asked to shortlist firms, schedule candidate presentations and expect a consent-item request related to facility grant realignment.
