Staff recommended mirroring park rules (no overnight parking with snow‑emergency exceptions). Residents asked that staff consider signage reserving weekday staff parking, reduced overnight lighting or shielding to avoid light intrusion into adjacent homes, and narrowly defined enforcement windows (one staff member suggested 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. as an enforcement window). The board asked staff to draft an ordinance with options for hours, staff parking designations and lighting adjustments (including shielding or programmable timers) and to return with a draft for review.
