The board considered an amended stipulated agreement for the Joseph Ambler Inn (a 12.5‑acre property at 1005 Portion Road) that updates successor owner information and compensation for a proposed public trail easement. Staff said the prior settlement stipulation dated to 2003 and that revised owner information was supplied by the current equitable owners.
New owners Sunny Valeria and Dilak Singh introduced themselves and told the board they will keep the inn in the same use. "No change," one owner said when asked about operations. The township solicitor explained a minor revision to the easement language and indemnifications may be needed and requested authority to work with the new owners' counsel on language details; the board authorized the solicitor to finalize small language edits and to proceed with filings as long as substantive items were not altered significantly. A motion to approve the amended stipulation as amended by the solicitor carried by voice vote.
The record shows the board's approval subject to solicitor review of easement indemnifications and continued communication with the owners; no conditions altering the permitted use were added at this meeting.
