Later, a member nominated Patty Bond for vice chair; the nomination was seconded and voted in, with the same members recording affirmative responses.
The votes formalized the council’s leadership for the coming session. No changes or corrections to the prior meeting’s minutes were raised before members approved them as submitted.
The meeting proceeded to regular business after the leadership elections.
