County administrator: Finance compiling baseline operating budgets as departments finalize CIP requests

"The next key deadline will be for the full time employee request," McDowell said, and finance is compiling each department's baseline operating budgets along with proposed additions to assess overall fiscal capacity.
No formal budget decisions were made at the meeting; supervisors heard the timeline and will receive further updates as departments finalize requests.
