Residents raise repeated bridge damage, illegal dumping and encampment concerns at Kahaluʻu board meeting

Residents also reported new homeless encampments near a park canal and bright lights at night, which they asked the city to address via 311 or mayoral channels.
Separately, several board members warned about frequent moped and dirt‑bike wheelies without helmets and urged HPD attention and potential traffic‑calming measures.
