Board members acknowledged the problem and said the board would collect contact information and coordinate with city departments. The governor’s representative and the city director were asked to follow up; the city director suggested asking the homelessness director for assistance and the board indicated they would return with a plan for coordination.
No formal motion or funding was taken at the meeting; the board recorded the request for follow‑up and flagged the issue for agency staff to evaluate feasibility, placement, and collection logistics.
