The Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors voted to approve a preliminary/final one-lot subdivision of Maple Hill Farm at 1507 West Gatesburg Road during its April 15 meeting.
Planning & Zoning staff said the plan (dated Dec. 12, 2024) divides tract 1 to create a 1.92-acre parcel for future single-family use. The property is in the agricultural security area and has received approvals from the Centre County Agricultural Board and the Pennsylvania State Agricultural Land Preservation Board, removing a prior condition. Staff listed remaining administrative conditions, and said the required sewage-planning (Act 537) module will be adopted by resolution after final approval.
Supervisor Matt moved approval with conditions; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. Staff will return with the Act 537 resolution and outstanding administrative items (digital survey, updated map key, fee payments and signatures) before final plan recording.
