Board approves multiple service contracts and personnel items in consent votes

The personnel consent agenda was also approved without objection.
When presenters described the speech and behavior contracts, staff said these services are funded through IDEA grant dollars or other designated funding streams and will serve students who attend district schools (including out-of-district students who attend a district campus such as Moeller). For the Lorain County ESC contract, staff explained the services replace a prior vendor and are intended to maintain continuity for behavior-instruction support tied to IEPs.
