Grants and capital projects: Commissioners approved a $361,300 grant award from the Kentucky Economic Development Cabinet to support the Bryant Way Greenway project (Municipal Order 2026-29), contingent on a matching TAP grant; staff said the full project is about $1.5 million and the city's local match would be roughly 5% ($19,000) if the TAP award is received. The board also approved $104,500 for the 333 Springs Road sidewalk project (Municipal Order 2026-30).
