Senior Program Manager Brian Crawford said staff completed eight of nine tot‑lot projects over the past year, citing Alta Murrieta, Firefighters Park, Eastgate, Rancho Acacias, Sycamore and the recently finished Monte Vista Park. “Monte Vista looks amazing,” he said, noting that at several sites staff added fencing near roads "to get the runners, the little 2 to 3 year olds that are playing on our equipment, so they're not running into the street."
