Staff members who implement the program include Mister Clouser (phys ed), Mister Steve (tech teacher) and Missus Maroon (art teacher). They described monthly incentives (examples included lawn games, LEGO builds, dance parties, and special movie viewings) and said extra tickets are converted into raffle entries for larger monthly rewards. The team said they are expanding to STEAM activities and hope to develop a small school store for students who save extra tickets.
Two fourth graders — Maddox Miller and Lily Nemeth — joined the presentation and offered student examples of earning tickets. Maddox said, "I helped with trays at lunch, and I got tickets." Lily described carrying a classmate's lunch to the office as an example of empathy. Board members thanked the students and staff for the presentation and praised the program’s emphasis on character and student leadership.
