Board members noted these items had been reviewed in committee (technology and facilities) and thanked staff for vetting and bringing competitive bids. The networking equipment motion was withdrawn and reintroduced after staff explained the lowest bid was invalid, at which point the board approved the next-highest compliant bidder.
All listed purchases were approved by voice vote with tallies reported in the meeting: truck and truck bed (7-0), security camera servers (7-0), Woodrow Wilson system (7-0), Cisco networking equipment (7-0). Staff noted typical procurement oversight and that items came through appropriate committees prior to board action.
