- Zoning and annexation: Council pre-zoned property known as Glenbrook 10 to R-3 and approved annexation of that property into the corporate limits; council also rezoned 1114 East Main Street from R-2 to O-1 (office district). Councilors urged case-by-case review of residential-to-office conversions along East Main because of roadway constraints.
