Amy said she would return with additional quotes and a phased plan, and the board encouraged her to keep moving forward.
Amy also said the parks department is financially self‑sustaining through operations and fundraising since a $20,000 county stipend ended in 2023. Commissioners thanked the parks staff and asked for a follow‑up on fundraising splits and remaining grant balances.
