On procurement, Speaker 4 said the HRA currently has no credit or debit card and staff have used the HLDC card with reimbursement; to simplify small electronic purchases she proposed issuing a small HRA purchasing card with a $1,000 limit and paying the balance monthly. Board members asked the director to add the item to next month's agenda for formal consideration; staff agreed to do so.
