Council: Crosswalks, park repairs and several street fixes moving forward

Once sewer installation is completed near the new sewer plant, officials said crews will return to repave affected stretches.
Mayor (unnamed) said the projects are starting now that winter weather has abated and thanked staff for their work during extreme cold and snow. No formal votes were required for these status updates; council members authorized staff to coordinate the work and return with any contract or scheduling details as needed.
The council did not provide firm contractor names or exact completion dates for all projects beyond the crosswalk and cul-de-sac work. Officials said they will inform the public when painting and final markings will be scheduled.
