Commissioners agreed this would make the advertisement clearer for potential bidders and reduce time spent adjudicating low offers.
A motion to approve the surplus terms and advertisement language was made and seconded; commissioners voted “Aye” and authorized staff to place the notice with the stated timeline and minimum bid.
