Milton BZA elects 2026 officers, approves agenda and minutes

The Milton Board of Zoning Appeals chose its leadership and handled routine business at the Feb. 17 meeting before addressing a single variance case.
Board members unanimously elected Hodge Patel as chair and Adam Danella as vice chair for calendar year 2026. The board then approved the evening’s published agenda and the Nov. 18, 2025 meeting minutes; all motions carried by unanimous voice vote. Member Nick Horton was noted absent due to travel.
After these procedural items the board considered and ultimately approved a primary variance for an accessory dwelling unit at 2410 Bethany Bend (see separate article). The meeting closed after a unanimous vote to adjourn.
