Goochland board authorizes additional signing agent for financial matters

Board members asked procedural questions about the effective period of the authorization and whether the appointment should extend only until the organizational meeting in January; administration responded that the designee would be appointed now for July 1 through Dec. 31, 2024, and that further certifications will be included at the January reorganization.
