Planning staff told the West Palm Beach Planning Board on Feb. 18 that two cases have moved forward since the January meeting: a rezoning at 1100 Banyan Boulevard (a site just under 5 acres at the southeast corner of Australian Avenue and Banyan) that the board approved in November and the City Commission adopted on Feb. 2, and a Keiser University Community Service Plan Development major amendment at 2600 North Military Trail that the board approved in December and the commission approved in February.
Stephanie Gregory, planning and zoning administrator, relayed those actions during the staff report and noted the board should be aware of those recent commission decisions as background to tonight’s agenda. Later in the meeting staff requested a continuance for a city-initiated code revision item; the chair granted that request and the item will return at a later meeting.
