Advanced Rehabilitation Technology was the low bidder and the council awarded the FY26 sanitary sewer CCTV project for $308,000; vote 7–0. Council discussed camera quality and potential use of AI tools to speed video analysis and detection of defects.
- Commercial cross‑connection inspection: DPW Director Brian Babcock explained this state‑mandated program requiring annual inspections for high‑hazard commercial accounts and five‑year cycles for low‑hazard accounts. With one responsive local bidder, council approved a blanket purchase order to HydroCorp in the amount of $36,007.75; vote 7–0.
- Consent agenda: The council approved the consent agenda by unanimous voice vote.
