The committee adopted dash-2 amendments clarifying when coordinated care organizations must adopt an electronic credentialing system and retained the bill's other dash-2 changes; Vice Chair Edwards then moved HB 4,083 as amended to the floor with a 'do pass' recommendation. A roll call recorded multiple affirmative votes and the chair announced the motion carried.
There was little floor debate during the committee votes; staff said legislative fiscal offices do not expect the dash-2 amendments to trigger ways-and-means review. Chair Pham said she would carry HB 4,083 to the floor.
