Committee advances ‘Climate Superfund’ bill (SB 15 41) and adopts amendment

After adoption of the dash-2 amendment (vote 3–2), the committee voted to move SB 15 41 as amended to the floor with a do-pass recommendation and to refer it to the Committee on Joint Ways and Means by prior reference. The chair described the action as a “historic moment” in an ongoing statewide policy conversation.
Next steps: SB 15 41 will be referred to Joint Ways and Means for fiscal review.
