Liquor‑license actions: The board considered two temporary liquor‑license renewal requests. For Champions Bar & Grill (Pahrump), staff reported repeated delays in meeting planning‑department conditions (ADA parking/lighting/striping). The board voted to extend the temporary 90‑day license through Oct. 15, 2024 and to set an Oct. 15 show‑cause hearing so the licensee must appear and report progress. For Tonopah Foods (Neighborhood Market, Beatty), the board approved a further 90‑day extension after staff said funding delays had been resolved and tenant improvements were expected to be complete within the next 90 days.
