Commissioners authorized acceptance, execution and funding entries required to receive the award.
Tonopah Airport: Contracts and grants staff presented an environmental assessment prepared by Beck Environmental as part of the CDBG‑funded Tonopah Airport fueling‑station upgrade (replacement/rehab of two ~12,000‑gallon tanks). The board approved the EA; staff said the document will be used in procurement and to satisfy federal grant compliance.
Both approvals allow staff to proceed with procurement and design work under the respective grant terms and will be incorporated into upcoming bidding processes.
