Procurement: Public Works solicited bids for Round Mountain landfill operations under bid 2024‑10; two proposals were received. The low bid from incumbent G and T LLC ($204,000) and a second bid from Sandrock Inc. ($278,431) were reviewed. Public Works recommended retaining G and T; the board awarded a five‑year contract with optional extensions to G and T LLC (board vote 4‑1).
Actions taken at the meeting were ministerial approvals and contract awards; no liquor license denials or suspensions occurred.
