The Charlton Planning Board told an applicant on Feb. 18 that it needed more detail before approving a proposed temporary operations yard for an asphalt maintenance company.
Applicant Ken Kozowski, representing Moreland Realty Trust, described the proposal as a non‑permanent, yearly lease to store six containers, park work trucks and trailers, and provide employee parking on a Route 20 lot. Kozowski said trailers are custom enclosed units that are cleaned off‑site in Worcester and that porta‑potties and a dumpster would handle sanitary and trash needs.
