SUTTER COUNTY — The Sutter County Board of Supervisors on Sept. 9 approved a two-year memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Sutter County Employees Association representing the general supervisory and professional (GSP) unit, covering July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027.
