Budget panel approves $100 reduction to IT capital transfer

Senator Mobley moved the adjustment and the committee approved the $100 reduction on a 6-0 vote.
The committee recorded the approval as a technical amendment and gave staff authority to make technical changes where needed. The action was procedural and will be reflected in the supplemental package documentation.
