Staff presented and the commission approved a site‑plan amendment for Coppell Fire Station No. 3, which adds roughly 6,623 square feet for private sleeping quarters, updated kitchen and fitness facilities, and 15 staff parking spaces. Mary Perrone Boswell, the city’s planner on the case, told commissioners that “staff is recommending approval of the request” and noted the site plan does not require City Council review.
