- Senate Bill 5816 (adds juice grapes as a covered agricultural product under the Agricultural Marketing and Fair Practices Act): Vice Chair Morgan moved the bill be reported out of committee with a 'do pass' recommendation; staff announced 10 ayes, 0 nays, and 1 excused, approving the motion.
The committee deferred action on engrossed substitute Senate Bill 5838 to a later date. Members were reminded to file any amendments to bills heard in committee in the electronic bill book by 6 p.m. if they wish to be considered the following day.
