Planbeck Gardens reports full lease-up, expands youth services and local partnerships

Community Partners for Affordable Housing presented an update to the Tualatin City Council on Feb. 9, saying Planbeck Gardens is now fully leased and that on-site services are focused on housing stability and youth programming.
"We have fully leased up Planbeck with 116 families calling it home," said Catherine Moore, director of programs at Community Partners for Affordable Housing. She said the development houses just under 300 residents and that more than 100 are children under 18. "We provide the services in those buildings to support housing stability," she added.
