3) The indoor track team was approved to attend the Nike Track and Field Championships at the Armory in New York City from March 11 to March 15 for up to 13 attendees (nine athletes and four coaches) at a total cost of $17,460, which covers hotel, transportation, registration and per-athlete fees. Each travel request was moved, seconded and approved by roll call.
