The Riverside County Planning Commission on Feb. 18 continued consideration of an agricultural employee housing ordinance to a date certain of April 22 so staff can refine proposed wording and consult further with stakeholders.
A staff representative asked for additional time to “fine tune the wording and discuss with the public before bringing it to your commission,” and the chair moved to put the item on the April 22 agenda for the record. Commissioners voted to continue the item; no substantive hearing or public comment occurred at this meeting.
The continuance is procedural and preserves time for additional public outreach and revisions before the commission's next substantive review.
