The chair said the committee reviewed a revised working draft and asked members to submit concerns for final edits. The council moved to schedule the public hearing for Nov. 10; the County Executive noted the 10-day notice requirement for such hearings and the motion was approved.
Council members said they would provide amendments as needed after the hearing and that consultants would finalize the plan following adoption with agreed changes.
