Board approves consent agenda, reappoints and appoints members to county panels
Summary

At the Feb. 17 meeting the board approved the consent agenda in a single motion. Supervisor Smelcom moved to approve the consent agenda; the motion was seconded and the chair announced, "Motion carries unanimously." Supervisor Mediteray was noted as excused.
Among items read into the record was CA 7, which reappoints Daniel Wyland as a member representing District 5 and Randy Brower as a member representing District 4; appoints Lydia Clary to represent District 3; recognizes the resignation and service of Brooke Connor (District 1) and names Mark Becker for District 2 on the Building Appeals Board. The consent agenda also included CA 15, which authorizes the fourth amendment to the agreement with Willdan for engineering and design services for the Bridge Preventive Maintenance Program and authorizes the board chair to sign the amendment.
Board members thanked volunteers and county staff for their service. No items were removed from the consent agenda for separate discussion.
