"You'll be receiving an email later today that has... the most recent draft of my house bill 50 15 45, which is the cameras in the special education classroom that has been a priority for this delegation," Delegate Miller said. Senator Karen Lewis Young asked whether funding for the cameras would be identified or whether the bill would create an unfunded mandate on school systems; Delegate Miller said the fiscal note "was not large" and that he would bring fiscal information to the senator's office and continue collaboration.
Delegate Miller also referenced other priority bills he has dropped under tight timing this session and invited members to provide input as bills proceed through committees.
