The commission's staff presenter, Robin, described the application as a conversion of a twin home into two condominium units on an existing 0.38-acre parcel that was subject to a certified survey map (CSM 2407). "This is a good infill development for the area," Robin said, adding that the proposal meets the village's subdivision chapter (chapter 74) and zoning chapter (chapter 90) and is consistent with the village's master plan.
