Gilbert said organizers expect between “4 and 6000” attendees and plan to use Summer County Schools buses to shuttle patrons to Rock Castle. Board members and staff discussed construction impacts at Beatty Farm, the need for police and parking crews, and short‑term restroom access; staff agreed to coordinate logistics and, if necessary, provide porta‑potties. A motion to approve the request was made by Mister Bennett and seconded by Miss Hellman and carried by voice vote.
