The Selma Planning Board on Monday recommended that Town Council appoint Florence Rayner and Dennis House to fill two vacancies on the board.
Rayner was present and introduced herself, saying she served in the U.S. Air Force and has experience coordinating operations and planning activities. She told the board she lives in an older house in town and wanted to learn more about the planning board’s work before serving.
Board members noted that Sarah Harris had applied to multiple boards and that the board would forward Rayner and House as recommendations to the council. The board approved the recommendation by voice vote and adjourned the meeting.
