The consent agenda approved: a yearly HVAC maintenance contract with Comfort Zone for $7,758; emergency repair payments to Ares for a 10-inch main at 121st & Southwest Highway for $10,399.98; a 10-inch main repair at 121st & 80th Avenue for $9,386.08; an 8-inch main repair at 104th Commons Drive for $19,645.34; and a 6-inch main repair at 8101 W. 123rd Street for $7,208.13. The warrant list of invoices dated Feb. 23, 2026 totaled $120,578.55. The deputy clerk called the roll and the motion to approve the consent agenda passed on a unanimous vote.
The approvals will allow the village to process contractor payments and close out emergency repairs identified in recent weeks.
