Heath EDC/HMBC: motions on minutes, RFP subcommittee and Troubadour contract amendment approved

The board agreed to form a three-member subcommittee (members stated in the record as Mike, Jeff and Doug) to conduct an initial, in‑depth review and return a synthesis to the full board; all proposals will be distributed to every board member for transparency. The motion to form the subcommittee passed unanimously.
The board also approved a clerical amendment to the real estate sales contract between HMBC and Troubadour Food and Beverage to waive any commission responsibility to a named participant (Mr. Bridal) and to remove ambiguity as identified by the title company; the board described the matter as technical and approved the amendment unanimously.
