The confirmed appointees and their terms, as reported on the floor, are David Asp (appointment effective 02/04/2026; term expiration 01/07/2030), Charles Spivak (effective 02/04/2026; term expiration 01/01/2029), Steven Swanson (effective 07/03/2024; term expiration 01/03/2028) and King Banyan (effective 07/02/2025; term expiration 01/03/2028). Representatives on the floor described the board as an important oversight body and urged bipartisan support for the nominees.
