Butte County supervisors approve safety, arts and fuels‑planning measures; multiple unanimous votes

The board voted to appoint Christopher Mudd and Michelle Gradnigo to the Butte County Behavioral Health Advisory Board, with terms ending Feb. 9, 2029. Melissa Kits, assistant clerk of the board, presented the applications and the board approved both candidates without objection.
Public Health Director Monica Soderstrom asked the board to accept a U.S. Department of Transportation 'Safe Streets and Roads for All' grant to support non‑infrastructure safety activities in collaboration with local public works agencies and the California Highway Patrol.
